Make a return or exchange
If you wish to return an item we kindly ask you to contact us directly at email@example.com stating your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. We accept returns and exchange within 15 days from the day of purchase. If you wish to exchange your product, please let us know the new item you would like.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase in the email and in the return package (which we already sent in the package). Once returned, you will be eligible to receive an exchange or a refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or not in their original condition. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items in the return transit and recommend that all return packages be sent with a traceable service and/or courier.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase in the email and in the return package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Skincare and haircare products cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot cover your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €100 / £100 / $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
